- 2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Mix in melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder. Gradually fold into the banana mixture until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- While cooling, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and remaining vanilla until creamy. Spread over cooled bars.
- Cut into squares and serve.
