- 1 lb sirloin steak
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (divided)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley or chives, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette into ½-inch thick pieces and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Bake baguette slices for about 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Season the sirloin steak with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add the remaining olive oil and sear the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side until desired doneness.
