Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • ½ tsp onion powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and optional seasonings; mix well.
  3. Fold in chopped spinach and cottage cheese until just combined.
  4. Dust hands with flour and shape the dough into rounds with a hole in the center.
