Description

Spinach Artichoke Bites are crispy, cheesy delights packed with creamy artichokes and fresh spinach—perfect for any gathering!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 can (14 oz) marinated artichokes, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 20 wonton wrappers
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, artichokes, spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, and garlic powder; mix until well blended.
  3. Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon about one tablespoon of filling into the center of each wrapper.
  4. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold diagonally in half, and pinch to seal.
  5. Arrange the bites on the baking sheet and lightly spray with olive oil.
