Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Carefully slice the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the cut sides, then season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Place the squash cut-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for about 40 minutes until tender.
  5. Allow to cool slightly, then use a fork to scrape out the strands into a bowl.
