Description

Pineapple Glazed Salmon is a tropical delight featuring succulent salmon fillets coated in a sweet and tangy glaze, ideal for impressing guests or enjoying family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger (grated)
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 green onions (chopped)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, and ginger to create the glaze.
  2. Marinate the salmon fillets in half of the glaze for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Grill or bake salmon for 12-15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork, brushing with remaining glaze while cooking.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider swapping pineapple with mango or adding chili flakes for heat.
  •  Ensure salmon is fully thawed if using frozen fillets before marinating.
