Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped dried pineapple, sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, and chopped almonds. Mix until well combined.
- Using your hands, roll small portions of the mixture into bite-sized balls. If sticky, dampen your hands slightly for easier rolling.
- Roll each ball in powdered sugar until fully coated to add sweetness and prevent sticking.
