			- 3 tablespoons miso paste
 - 1 cup firm or silken tofu, cubed
 - 1/4 cup dried wakame seaweed
 - 2 green onions, chopped
 - 2 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
 - 4 cups water
 
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping the green onions and cubing the tofu.
 - In a medium pot, combine 4 cups of water and 2 cups of vegetable broth over medium heat. Bring to a simmer.
 - In a separate bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons of miso paste with half a cup of hot broth until smooth.
 - Slowly mix the miso back into the pot while stirring gently to avoid clumps.
 - Add the cubed tofu and rehydrated wakame to the pot. Warm through for about 5 minutes.
 - Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

- Feel free to add fresh vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor and nutrition.
