Ingredients

- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- ¼ cup chopped bell peppers
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ cup sliced olives (optional)
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
- Cut out circles (3-4 inches in diameter) using a cookie cutter or glass.
- Place a spoonful of mozzarella cheese and desired toppings on one half of each circle.
- Fold the dough over and pinch the edges tightly to seal.
- Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Experiment with different cheeses or add veggies like mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days; reheat in a toaster oven.
