Description

Mini Pizza Explosions are cheesy, bite-sized treats that burst with flavor, perfect for any gathering or cozy night in.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • ¼ cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ cup sliced olives (optional)
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Cut out circles (3-4 inches in diameter) using a cookie cutter or glass.
  4. Place a spoonful of mozzarella cheese and desired toppings on one half of each circle.
  5. Fold the dough over and pinch the edges tightly to seal.
  6. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

  • Experiment with different cheeses or add veggies like mushrooms for extra flavor.
