  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Grill for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  2. While the chicken is grilling, wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix Caesar dressing with grated parmesan cheese until well combined.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked, slice it into strips. Lay a tortilla flat and layer with chopped romaine, sliced chicken, and drizzle with the dressing mixture.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll from the bottom up to secure all fillings.
