Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Chop strawberries and toss them with a tablespoon of flour to prevent sinking.
- In another bowl, beat eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in the strawberries carefully.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown; a toothpick inserted should come out clean.
- For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth and drizzle over the warm loaf.

- Use ripe strawberries for better sweetness; frozen can work if thawed beforehand.
