Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Chop strawberries and toss them with a tablespoon of flour to prevent sinking.
  4. In another bowl, beat eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  6. Fold in the strawberries carefully.
