  • 45 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix apple cider, brown sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or bowl and cover with the marinade. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (overnight for best results).
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F / 200°C).
  4. Remove chicken from marinade (discard leftover marinade) and grill each side for 6-7 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
