- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 6 oz fresh burrata cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil (optional)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and prepare them.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil. Cook seasoned chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and let rest.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring continuously. Simmer for 5 minutes, then mix in grated Parmesan cheese.
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente; drain, reserving some pasta water.
- Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet along with drained spaghetti. Toss together until evenly coated in sauce. Top with burrata cheese.
- Serve warm, optionally garnished with fresh basil.
Notes
- For a twist, substitute the chicken with shrimp or add seasonal vegetables.
- To spice things up, include crushed red pepper flakes.
