  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 6 oz fresh burrata cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and prepare them.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil. Cook seasoned chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and let rest.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, stirring continuously. Simmer for 5 minutes, then mix in grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente; drain, reserving some pasta water.
  6. Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet along with drained spaghetti. Toss together until evenly coated in sauce. Top with burrata cheese.
  7. Serve warm, optionally garnished with fresh basil.
