  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa (mild or spicy)

  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook brown rice according to package instructions using vegetable broth instead of water for added flavor.
