Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix sliced strawberries and chopped rhubarb with sugar, flour, and cinnamon until combined.
- In another bowl, combine rolled oats, flour, salt, and melted butter until crumbly.
- Spread the fruit mixture in the greased baking dish and top generously with the oat mixture.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
