Description

Crunchy zucchini chips are a delightful, healthy alternative to traditional snacks, offering a satisfying crunch and delicious flavor in every bite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into 1/8-inch rounds
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 225°F (110°C).
  2. Wash and thoroughly dry the zucchinis before slicing them into thin rounds.
  3. In a large bowl, mix zucchini slices with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese if desired. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer without overlapping.
  5. Bake for 1–2 hours, checking after an hour until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and cool on wire racks before enjoying or storing in an airtight container.

Notes

  • For added flavor, experiment with spices such as chili powder or smoked paprika.
  • Ensure zucchini is patted dry before seasoning to avoid soggy chips.
