- 1 lb fully cooked turkey sausage, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop the onion and slice the turkey sausage.
- Layer frozen pierogies at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Evenly distribute chopped onions and sliced turkey sausage over the pierogies.
- Pour chicken broth over the ingredients until just covered.
- Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- About 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle cheese on top and cover until melted.
