- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.
- Set up a breading station with one bowl of flour mixed with salt and pepper, another with whisked eggs, and a third with panko breadcrumbs combined with garlic and onion powder.
- Coat each piece in flour, dip in the egg mixture, then roll in breadcrumbs until fully covered.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until hot. Fry the nuggets in batches until golden brown on both sides.
- Drain on paper towels and serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
