Description

Crispy homemade chicken nuggets that are easy to prepare and sure to please everyone. Perfect for family dinners or game day snacks!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.
  2. Set up a breading station with one bowl of flour mixed with salt and pepper, another with whisked eggs, and a third with panko breadcrumbs combined with garlic and onion powder.
  3. Coat each piece in flour, dip in the egg mixture, then roll in breadcrumbs until fully covered.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until hot. Fry the nuggets in batches until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
