- 2 cups fresh spinach

- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Lower heat and stir in heavy cream, then add grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add fresh spinach and allow it to wilt (about 2 minutes).
- Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for an additional five minutes.
