Ingredients

  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  5. Add fresh spinach and allow it to wilt (about 2 minutes).
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for an additional five minutes.
