  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes).
  3. Place seasoned chicken in the skillet and cook until golden brown, approximately 5-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the pan’s bottom. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
  5. Return chicken to the pan, nestling it into the sauce, and let simmer for about 10 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Serve hot over pasta or steamed veggies, drizzling sauce generously over each portion.
