- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or bowl and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Seal the bag or cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours for more flavor).
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grill or bake the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
