Instructions

- Roll out puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut into 4-inch circles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture on each pastry circle, fold to create half-moons, and seal the edges.
- Whisk the egg with a tablespoon of water; brush over each pie for shine.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake pies on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
