- 4 garlic cloves

- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a blender, combine parsley, cilantro, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or bowl; pour half of the marinade over them. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
- Brush reserved marinade on cooked chicken for extra flavor before serving.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
