Description

Chili Crisp Noodles are a spicy, vibrant dish that combines fresh ingredients for a quick and satisfying meal. Perfect for weeknight dinners with friends or family.


Ingredients

  • 200g fresh noodles (egg or rice)
  • 3 tbsp chili oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers and snap peas)
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and bring a large pot of salted water to boil.
  2. Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of chili oil and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened but still crunchy.
  5. Toss in the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and remaining chili oil; stir well for about 2 minutes until heated through.
  6. Remove from heat and top with cilantro and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • Customize by adding tofu or chicken for extra protein.
  •  If you prefer milder flavors, reduce the amount of chili oil used.
