Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Dice the chicken into bite-sized pieces and thinly slice the zucchini.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, zucchini, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
