  • 2 cups spinach or broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces and gather your ingredients.
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot, add the penne pasta, and cook for 10-12 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
