  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas or bell peppers) – optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and chop the onion and garlic.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté onions until translucent (3-4 minutes), then stir in minced garlic.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
  4. Stir in uncooked rice and pour in chicken broth. Mix well.
