- 4 large flour tortillas

- 1 cup diced tomatoes, drained

- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 4 servings frozen or homemade fries
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
- Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent. Stir in black beans, diced tomatoes, cumin, and chili powder.
- Mix in shredded cheese until melted and combined.
- Lay out each tortilla and spoon filling down the center. Roll tightly and tuck in the sides.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and bake fries according to package instructions until golden brown.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; place burritos seam-side down and cook until browned on all sides.
