  • 12 egg roll wrappers

Instructions

  4. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly to seal. Use water to moisten edges if needed.
  5. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry each egg roll until golden brown on all sides (about 3-4 minutes per side). Drain on paper towels before serving.
