- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1 cup fresh spinach, roughly chopped

- 1 tsp dried oregano or basil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a 12-inch circle and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the dough, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese across the surface of the dough.
- Add chopped bell peppers and spinach on top of the cheese. Create small wells in the toppings and crack an egg into each well.
- Season with salt, pepper, and dried oregano or basil.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the egg whites are set but yolks remain runny.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, slice, and serve hot.
