Description

Start your day right with these quick and delicious breakfast egg and cheese sliders, perfect for busy mornings or leisurely brunches.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 soft slider buns
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Fresh spinach or sliced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
  2. Crack the eggs into a bowl, whisk well, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet, stirring gently until just set but still creamy.
  4. Place the slider buns cut-side up on a clean surface. Spoon scrambled eggs onto each bun followed by a generous sprinkle of cheese.
  5. Top each slider with the other half of the bun and return to the skillet for about 1-2 minutes to warm through.

Notes

  • For added flavor, try using pepper jack cheese or adding sautéed vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms.
  •  Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge; reheat in the microwave for 30-45 seconds.
