Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning with water according to package instructions and cook until thickened.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then place about 2 tablespoons of filling on each tortilla. Top with cheese and roll tightly.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry the rolled taquitos seam-side down until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm with sour cream, guacamole, or salsa.
