- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 1 medium onion, grated
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tsp cumin powder
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ¼ cup pine nuts (optional), toasted
- Pita bread or skewers for serving
- Tzatziki sauce for dipping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or set your oven to broil. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, grated onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, pepper, and optional pine nuts. Mix until fully combined.
- Shape the mixture into kebabs around skewers or into even-thickness patties.
- Grill the kebabs for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 160°F).
- Serve hot with warm pita bread and tzatziki sauce.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the beef mixture for 30 minutes before shaping.
- You can customize the spices by adding paprika or chili flakes for some heat.
