- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- Rinse shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mix of panko and cornstarch.
- Dip each shrimp in flour, then eggs, and coat in the panko mixture.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry shrimp in batches until golden brown (about 2-3 minutes per side).
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
- Toss fried shrimp in the sauce until well coated.
